Terms of Service and Disclaimer

The Human Version:

We built HealthTrust for people who do, love, serve, and build - those who

  1. Do good work,

  2. Love good people,

  3. Serve good causes, and

  4. Build something beautiful.

If that isn’t you, HealthTrust isn’t the place for you.

Here’s what you can do with HealthTrust:

  1. Create professional, personal, dating, freelancer, and business profiles and portfolios.

  2. Post HIGH QUALITY pictures and videos of yourself, your business, and your community (as long as you have the legal right to do so)

  3. Sell your HIGH QUALITY products and services

  4. Connect with your fans, community, and supporters

  5. Manage and run your life, family, and business

Here’s what you can’t do:

  1. Demean, belittle or otherwise mistreat anyone else on the site

  2. Argue. You can make a post telling the world your position on any issue and using your intelligence, logic, science, history, and reason to make your case. But you can’t argue with others when they make their case on their own post.

    1. THIS MEANS THAT COMMENTS ARE ONLY THERE TO COMPLIMENT OR ASK QUESTIONS.

    2. Any overt arguing or name-calling will result in your comments being deleted and you getting banned from the site.

    3. ENCOURAGE THE BEST IN EACH OTHER.

  3. Post graphic porn, pedophilia, or anything remotely in that category.

  4. Scam people. HealthTrust is for people who do their best to make beautiful products and services. Don’t sell something you can’t honestly deliver.

  5. Do anything illegal.

Here’s what we do:

  1. Keep the site running and secure as best we can

  2. Keep the site free from shitty people who do shitty things

  3. Help you build your fan base, brand, and business ethically and honestly

Here’s what we don’t do:

  1. Stalk you

  2. Sell your information

  3. Rig elections

  4. Lie

Live by the Golden Rule and go build something beautiful.
